A month ago, our family relocated from Southern California. The move was a rather quick one. We were referred to Margy from a friend and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was! Margy is very professional, dependable, kind, and goes above and beyond for the families she assists on finding their perfect home. She met with us several times and spent a lot of time showing us land, introducing us to builders, and setting up walk throughs for pre existing homes. Getting to know us, she assisted in sending us homes that matched what we were looking for with the style that we love. We found the perfect home in an amazing neighborhood and we are grateful for the wonderful experience we had. We will miss working with Margy, but our boys told her she has an open invite to come over and swim anytime! With appreciation, The Pol Family

My husband and I recently listed our home and purchased another with The Rigo Team. It was the best experience we have ever had with realtors to date, and we have owned twelve homes over the years At first we were hesitant to list since we had only owned the last home for under two years. They were able to show us up front what we could expect at the high and low end to enable us to make a fully informed decision.  Both AnaMarie and Tara respond to emails, texts, and telephone calls in a timely manner. If one was unavailable the other automatically picked up the slack.  They provided us with expert advice when looking for professionals for repairs who charged fair prices. The team is by far the best way to go with real estate. Someone is always “on call”. We were kept in the know all the way through and we closed three days earlier than expected, due to all their hard work and staying on top of everything. Carlene Krahn is a realtor that we entrusted to assist us in the biggest purchase most people like us will ever make:  a home.  She is very passionate in helping us and gave us keen insight with her market knowledge of the community with which we relocated.   Like most people, there can be an incredible amount of anxiety at the thought of moving, but the process was made that much easier with her assistance.  Carlene is a very responsible and capable individual that knows the real estate business better than most.  She takes her role very seriously, particularly when it involves moving with small children in elementary school, as was our case. On the other side, we were faced with renting our previous home to new tenants.  Carlene rolled up her sleeves and went to work identifying areas in our home that needed cosmetic improvements.  Once that was done, she aggressively marketed our home and showed it until the right family appeared.  She walked us first time landlords through the process of being able to manage our own property (saving money on third-party mgmt fees), and assisted us until the new tenants received their keys.  I still call Carlene with questions regarding the rental and she gladly takes time out of her day to help us. I have worked with many realtors and Carlene’s skills and talents are on par with the best.  Carlene does absolutely everything necessary to ensure that the seller will succeed gracefully, easily and close the sale with abundance.  She can refer competent, efficient and economical trades people when repairs are necessary.  And, for foreign, non-residents, she is familiar with FIRPTA.  I recommend Carlene without any reservations.
