Brenda Schmalz's Bio

Brenda has called Arizona home for 20 years, raising 3 sons who all graduated from ASU with engineering degrees.   Having been an active real estate investor for 25 years, both renovating older homes and managing her own rental homes with her husband, she is now making real estate her full-time career.  She is passionate about helping people with their real estate goals, whether it is finding the perfect place to call home, acquiring the right investment property, or maximizing profit when selling a home.

Brenda retired from a challenging 35-year engineering and sales career in the aviation and power generation industries.  She understands the importance of quick responsiveness, good communication and unyielding integrity.

Brenda is an avid hiker, mountain biker and yoga enthusiast. She and her husband also enjoy traveling and, on the weekends, you can often find her on the back of her husband’s Harley cruising the Cave Creek area.
