Margy Hooker has lived in the Valley of the Sun for over 25 years and proudly raising two teenage daughters that attend Arcadia High School. Margy is very knowledgeable of the different areas of Phoenix and specializes in buying and selling investment properties. Her goal is to provide clients with high-level professionalism, responsiveness and knowledge of real estate industry. A month ago, our family relocated from Southern California. The move was a rather quick one. We were referred to Margy from a friend and I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was! Margy is very professional, dependable, kind, and goes above and beyond for the families she assists on finding their perfect home. She met with us several times and spent a lot of time showing us land, introducing us to builders, and setting up walk throughs for pre existing homes. Getting to know us, she assisted in sending us homes that matched what we were looking for with the style that we love. We found the perfect home in an amazing neighborhood and we are grateful for the wonderful experience we had.
