We are stepping up to continue providing our clients high-quality service while keeping health and safety in the forefront of our business.
Our Current Safety Procedures:
We ask all clients wear masks and gloves prior to entering homes and use provided shoe coverings. Limit touching of surfaces in home when viewing.
Upon exiting take all masks, gloves, and shoe coverings along with you to be properly disposed of. Hand sanitizer will be available at entryway of the home if needed.
Encourage social distancing by maintaining a 6ft radius from others.
Request if at all possible, for sellers to leave home before showings (if showings approved).
Encourage sellers to prop open room doors and one prominent cabinet and drawer per room, turn on lights and open blinds in home – thus allowing tours to occur without touching surfaces, handles, and knobs.
If you have shown signs of illness, please stay home.
